VEPO VALOR Represented at the Palm Beach State College Career Fair

Connecting with Future Talent in South Florida

VEPO Solutions was proud to be represented at the Palm Beach State College Career Fair by Isaiah Mercado, Field Manager for VEPO in North Lauderdale, and Anthony Thomas, a Veteran and Lead Technician supporting the same project.

Throughout the event, Isaiah and Anthony connected with motivated job seekers and shared more about VEPO’s work across utility projects and field operations.

A major focus of their conversations was introducing attendees to the VEPO VALOR Program and explaining how the initiative supports Veterans and transitioning service members as they pursue careers in the skilled trades.

The event generated strong interest from Veteran job seekers, trade school graduates, and individuals interested in learning more about field-based career opportunities with VEPO.

Representing VEPO and VALOR

Having experienced field leaders represent VEPO at career events gives attendees an opportunity to hear directly from team members who understand the work, expectations, and opportunities available within our projects.

Isaiah and Anthony were able to answer questions, discuss the realities of field operations, and share how teamwork, adaptability, technical ability, and leadership contribute to success at VEPO.

Anthony’s participation also helped strengthen the direct connection between VEPO and VALOR by providing a Veteran perspective on career growth and leadership within the organization.

We appreciate Isaiah and Anthony for representing VEPO VALOR and helping build meaningful connections with future talent.

Thank you to Palm Beach State College for hosting the event and creating an opportunity for employers and job seekers to connect.
