Staying Connected Beyond the Initial Application
On February 23, 2026, VEPO Solutions launched the VALOR Talent Network, a dedicated way for Veterans and transitioning service members to remain connected with our recruiting team while preparing for their next career move.
The network was built for individuals who may not be ready to apply today, may still be completing military service, or may be interested in future VEPO opportunities that better align with their location, availability, experience, and career goals.
Rather than requiring candidates to repeatedly search for openings or submit new information each time a project becomes available, the VALOR Talent Network gives our team a better understanding of who they are, what they are looking for, and when they may be available for civilian employment.
Supporting the Military Transition
Transitioning from military service into a civilian career does not always happen on a predictable timeline. Some service members begin exploring opportunities months before separation, while others may need time to relocate, complete training, or determine what type of work best matches their skills and goals.
The VALOR Talent Network allows transitioning service members to begin that conversation early.
Members can share information such as:
• Military background and transferable experience
• Preferred work locations
• Interest in travel or project based assignments
• Anticipated civilian availability
• Career interests and preferred roles
This information helps the VALOR recruiting team identify potential alignment with current and upcoming VEPO opportunities while maintaining meaningful communication throughout the transition process.

The VALOR Talent Network was created to support ongoing engagement, not simply collect applications.
Our goal is to build relationships with military connected candidates, provide relevant updates, and connect individuals with the right opportunities at the right time. Joining the network does not guarantee employment, but it gives our team an opportunity to learn more about each member and consider them when a position aligns with their stated preferences, qualifications, and availability.
