The VALOR Story, Told by Our Veterans

VEPO Solutions published a new VALOR video featuring Veterans from across the organization sharing their experiences in their own words.

The project brought together current VEPO team members to reflect on their military backgrounds, civilian career journeys, and what the VALOR Program has meant to them throughout their time with the company.

From coordinating participants and recording sessions to answering questions and stepping in front of the camera, the video was a collaborative effort from beginning to end.

Most importantly, it gives VEPO Veterans an opportunity to tell their own stories and share how military experience, teamwork, adaptability, and continued support have shaped their careers.

More Than a Recruiting Message

The VALOR Program is built around more than connecting Veterans with open positions.

It is also focused on supporting employees after they join VEPO through continued communication, mentorship, recognition, career development, and a stronger sense of community.

By hearing directly from current employees, prospective candidates, community partners, and other Veterans can gain a clearer understanding of the people behind the program and the experiences that continue to shape it.
