On July 16, 2026, Cody and Allen represented VEPO Solutions and the VALOR Program at the Hiring Our Heroes Career Summit at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, New Jersey.

The event provided another valuable opportunity to connect directly with transitioning service members, learn more about their career goals, and introduce them to VEPO’s hands on field opportunities.

Career summits like this are an important part of the VALOR mission. They allow our team to build meaningful relationships with military talent and help service members better understand how their experience, adaptability, leadership, and work ethic can translate into civilian careers.
